The beach is a 20-minute drive away. People were overthere. Shared spaces with many books, comics and games. They have also a Carom billiard and Table football. Nice terrace in a really quite place.

Each unit has garden views, 2 to 3 bedrooms and feature a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilets, a cellar, a terrace and private parking. This is a lovely gite with views out over the countryside, it is remote so either come prepared with the food you need or leave time to go out to shop (at least one of the stores closes at 7pm). We found the whole family to be helpful, Remi speaks English which was a great help to us as our French isn't very good, they also had a book in both French and English of places to go and things to do. The pages on where to find swimming holes along the rivers was fantastic - we went to 5 of them. Even though a bit chilly, my granddaughter had a blast swimming and jumping from the rocks and exploring the waterfalls. We would definitely stay again. The parking is directly outside the apartment so easy for luggage etc ..The soundproofing is excellent in the building and the air conditioning new so we were lovely and warm in December.!

Very well located, very close to the old town and main attractions of the city, also to restaurants and cafes. Very nice hotel owner, nice person, I was on a bicycle trip and he arranged that I could put my bike into his personal garage over night, which was very helpful. Everything very uncomplicated. Room was also good, no thrills, but very clean and everything there, what is needed. Good value for money, would come back for sure.

We felt very welcome by Madame Corrine and all was arranged for our late Check-in. The room was very very clean! The terrace has no view but it is a quiet place to relax. All is in walking distance and therefore perfect for a short trip to Perpinyà.
